REPLAY: Join Physical Therapist, Masgutova Graduate School Professor, and MNRI Core Specialist + Instructor Isabelle Renard-Fontaine on Friday, November 12 at 5 AM eastern for Overcoming Anger.
In this 1-hour live REPLAY active Zoom session, the NeuroReflex Exercises aim to assist with releasing accumulated emotions and frustration by:
- Organizing fight, flight, and freeze
- Cultivating a sense of grounding
- Resetting the brain
- Supporting overall body and mind relaxation
- Relaxing the nervous system
Video participation is optional. Recording (both audio and video) are strictly prohibited.
As a reminder, all donations are appreciated and go to NeuroReflex research. There is also an option, for those financially unable to donate, to attend free of charge. Retail value is $15.00.
