REPLAY: Join Physical Therapist, Masgutova Graduate School Professor, and MNRI Core Specialist + Instructor Isabelle Renard-Fontaine on Thursday, November 25 at 12 PM eastern for Reframing Regret.
In this 1-hour live REPLAY active Zoom session, the NeuroReflex Exercises aim to assist with releasing guilt, remorse, and feelings of life being hard, chaotic, and scary by:
- Releasing stress hormones
- Creating safety
- Building stability
- Supporting detoxification
- Relaxing the jaw
- Balancing hearing
- Soothing the nervous system
Video participation is optional. Recording (both audio and video) are strictly prohibited.
As a reminder, all donations are appreciated and go to NeuroReflex research. There is also an option, for those financially unable to donate, to attend free of charge. Retail value is $15.00.
