Join Physical Therapist and MNRI Core Specialist and Instructor Isabelle Renard-Fontaine on Friday, May 14 at 1 PM EDT for an opportunity to strengthen your immune system and increase your stress resilience while sitting.
This 1-hour live REPLAY active Zoom session is for those:

Video participation is optional.
