Britne Harwell, OTR/L is a pediatric occupational therapist with over two decades of hands-on clinical experience and co-owner of Integrated Therapy Services, an outpatient practice serving hundreds of children and families.

She currently serves as President of the Masgutova Foundation, where she leads efforts to expand access to practical, science-informed neurodevelopmental education for both families and professionals. Her work centers on advancing the understanding of reflex integration and the critical connection between the brain and body as the foundation for growth, regulation, and lifelong wellness.

Britne is known for translating complex neurodevelopmental concepts into clear, usable strategies that create meaningful change in everyday life. Through her clinical work, leadership, and educational initiatives, she is committed to helping others get to the root of challenges and build stronger, more resilient systems—from the inside out.
