Success Stories that Inspire Our Mission

Real Families. Real Progress. Real Outcomes.

Our programs have supported children and adults worldwide — and these stories show what's possible.

The Practitioner: Courtney

With more than 20 years supporting families, Courtney has seen firsthand how powerful it is when parents, educators, and professionals truly understand development. After discovering the Masgutova Foundation, she found an approach that aligned deeply with her values — one that brings clarity, compassion, and real progress to children and families. “When people understand development through a different lens… everything changes.” For more than two decades, Courtney has walked alongside families as they navigate questions about development, regulation, sensory needs, and learning. Through those years, she has seen the profound difference that compassionate, informed guidance can make — not just for a child, but for the entire family. When she discovered the Masgutova Foundation, Courtney felt an immediate alignment with its mission. She saw a community dedicated to expanding understanding, empowering families, and supporting development in ways that genuinely resonate. “There are so many different facets… being able to see the impact and the change that some of these kids have from the beginning to the end…” For Courtney, one of the Foundation’s greatest strengths is its commitment to making this work sustainable and accessible for the generations to come. “Being able to have programs in place to make sure that it’s sustainable for the next several generations… is huge.” What inspires her most is the shift that happens when people begin to understand development through a deeper, more compassionate lens. “If we can reach more people… just help them understand development and look at children through a different lens — a developmental lens rather than behavior — that is paramount.” Courtney’s words echo what so many parents, educators, and professionals share with us: when development is understood more clearly, everything changes — how we support children, how we interpret behavior, and how we build a stronger foundation for their future.

The Mom: Angela

As a mom of four and a certified massage therapist, Angela was searching for effective ways to support both her children and her clients. After discovering the Masgutova Foundation, she found practical tools that improved focus, emotional regulation, and overall well-being in both her home and her practice. “When we started using these techniques, I saw a real difference in my children’s focus, behavior, and confidence. The progress has been life-changing.” As a mom of four and a certified massage therapist, Angela was constantly looking for ways to better support both her children and her clients. She saw firsthand how challenges with sensory processing, focus, and emotional regulation could impact daily life—and she wanted practical solutions that would truly make a difference. When she discovered the Masgutova Foundation, Angela found exactly what she had been searching for. Through the Foundation’s webinars and courses, she gained access to tools she could immediately begin using at home and in her practice. “I’ve been able to implement what I’ve learned not only with my clients, but with my own children—and I’ve seen firsthand how much it’s helped them.” One of the most meaningful changes came through simple daily practices, like archetype movements, which became part of her family’s routine. “On mornings when we do the movements before school, my kids are more focused, more attentive, and have more productive days.” For Angela, the impact has been both personal and professional. The tools she’s learned have helped her children feel more regulated and confident, while also giving her the ability to better support her clients in real time. “The best part is being able to ask questions and get answers I can immediately apply. I’ve seen meaningful changes in my clients, especially in how they manage stress and navigate challenges.” What stands out most to Angela is not just the techniques themselves, but the empowerment that comes with understanding how the brain and body work together. “The progress has been life-changing. It’s made a huge impact on my family, and I feel empowered by everything I’ve learned.” Angela believes that every parent, educator, and practitioner can benefit from this work—and that with the right tools and understanding, meaningful change is possible.

The Child: Emma Grace

Emma Grace, a vibrant 7-year-old with cerebral palsy, has experienced meaningful progress through NeuroReflex Integration—supporting her development, improving daily function, and bringing greater comfort and confidence to her life. “Over time, we began to see meaningful changes—Emma was using her hands more, focusing better, communicating more intentionally, and becoming a happier little girl.” Emma Grace is a funny, sweet, and sassy 7-year-old with cerebral palsy. Dr. Masgutova’s method of NeuroReflex Integration has made a meaningful difference in her life—and in our family’s life as well. We are forever grateful to Dr. Masgutova and the incredible specialists who have supported Emma’s progress over the years. We began our journey with NeuroReflex Integration in February 2018, attending a family clinic for our first experience—and we were hooked. It was there that we learned about non-integrated reflexes and how they were impacting Emma. We appreciated that the exercises were specifically designed to address those reflexes. Most importantly, Emma truly enjoyed the sessions—her body needed and responded to the input. After that initial experience, we committed to incorporating as much NeuroReflex Integration work as possible. We continued practicing at home, worked with dedicated core specialists, and participated in family conferences. Over time, we began to see meaningful changes in Emma. She started using her hands more functionally, improved her visual focus during tasks, and experienced a decrease in her startle reflex. She began eating nearly all of her calories by mouth, her cognitive skills increased, and her communication became more intentional. Overall, she is a happier little girl. Emma’s therapists also noticed these changes and were excited to see her engage more fully in therapy sessions. NeuroReflex Integration became a foundation that supported progress across all of her therapies, helping her feel more comfortable and at ease in her body. As a family, we are incredibly grateful to have found this work. It has given Emma a fuller, more content life. Emma’s journey has included both highs and lows, but we believe NeuroReflex Integration has helped create many of those high moments. We are excited to see how this method continues to support her in the years ahead. Our hope is that other children and families can experience the same impact it has had on Emma Grace.
