Jay Strimel, JD, MS, is a retired business immigration attorney who worked with major international corporations, assisting them in navigating immigration, labor and employment, and Coast Guard regulatory compliance requirements. Prior to his legal career, he worked at Kennedy Space Center on the Space Shuttle Program in project management for LPS.

He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Masgutova Foundation. Jay first became familiar with Dr. Masgutova’s work in 2009 while assisting with her immigration status in the United States, and later became personally involved following his own stroke, when she supported his rehabilitation program.

With both professional expertise and personal experience, Jay brings a unique perspective to the Foundation. As a Board member, he focuses on legal and compliance requirements that support the organization’s mission.
