Kelley Blackwell, OTR/L, is an Occupational Therapist and Director of Clinic Operations at Integrated Therapy Services, and co-founder of the Growing Minds Foundation and Empowered Moms, Thriving Kids.

 

She brings extensive experience in pediatric occupational therapy within rural clinical settings, with a focus on neurodevelopmental care and family-centered intervention. Her areas of expertise include myofunctional therapy, reflex integration, early childhood development, and the application of holistic approaches such as the Masgutova Method.

 

She is dedicated to translating clinical knowledge into practical strategies that empower families and improve long-term developmental outcomes for children. Based in rural Arkansas, she is committed to expanding access to meaningful, evidence-informed care in underserved communities.
