Archetype Movements Online Exercises

Archetype reflexive movements are among the earliest to develop in utero and remain active throughout life, supporting range of motion, flexibility, and movement across body planes. This session focuses on exercises designed to activate and support archetype movements that may not have fully emerged or may need additional support.
In this 1-hour session, Archetype Motor Movement Exercises promote NeuroReflex Integration and support balance, stability, and coordinated movement through:
Core Limbs Flexion–Extension
Mouth–Spine Rotation
Trunk Extension
Homologous Movements
Lateral Spine Flexion–Extension
Cross-Lateral Movements
Intentional Movements
These movements play an important role in the development and maturation of more complex reflex patterns and learned motor skills.
