MNRI and Occupational Performance After Brain Injury

This case study examined a 68-year-old adult with an acquired brain injury who participated in occupational therapy integrated with MNRI® reflex integration over 10 weeks. Improvements were observed in postural control, hand function, and overall occupational performance, along with reduced reliance on caregiver assistance and increased autonomic stability. The findings suggest that combining MNRI® with occupational therapy may support functional recovery following brain injury, though larger studies are needed.
