Meet Our Event Facilitators
Yichien Su MS CCC-SLP is a speech-language pathologist with extensive expertise in neurogenic feeding, swallowing, and communication disorders. Yichien believes in facilitating intrinsic neural circuits for development and growth, leading to optimized cognitive functions. She is passionate about helping families and their babies achieve effective feeding, swallowing, communicating, and experiencing their fullest potentials.

Yichien earned her bachelor's degree in Immunology and master's degree in Speech-language Pathology and Therapy from University College London, UK. In her early clinical years, she worked in acute hospitals, rehabilitation centers, outpatient clinics, and Early Intervention. She has exclusively treated children in her private practice, Speech Unlimited in New Jersey, since 2009. In addition to various specialized training in feeding and swallowing, Yichien is also an MNRI® Core Specialist and has lectured regularly in the Masgutova Integrative NeuroDevelopment Science (MIND©) presentations.

Yichien is currently pursuing her Ph.D. study at Seton Hall University, New Jersey. Her research interest is the relationship between primary reflexes and oral functions in feeding, speech, and cognition. She is also an adjunct professor and teaches Speech Disorders in Children.
Join Yichien once Sunday each month for her caregiver-led exercise sessions for children with NG/G tubes and Well-Baby Communication.
Isabelle Renard-Fontaine worked for many years as a pediatric physical therapist and NICU specialist at a Florida-based hospital when she was introduced to The Masgutova Method. She was somewhat skeptical, yet curious, about the significance of reflex integration in human development. Isabelle completed her first course on Dynamic and Postural Reflex Integration and was hooked. “The more I understood and referred to the theory and principles of NeuroReflex Integration and applying these techniques through working with newborns and babies in the NICU, the more the effect of The Masgutova Method was being validated before my eyes,” Isabelle says. “The discovery of this method has provided a new dimension to my professional career and personal life.”
Isabelle has acquired over 27 years of experience as a physical therapist, predominantly with babies and children. Over the last 10 years, she has completed several hundred hours of MNRI® classes. She has accrued more than 1,200 clinical and practical hours working directly with Dr. Svetlana Masgutova and her international team during MNRI® Family Educational Conferences and Clinics. She is an MNRI® Core Specialist and MNRI® international Instructor for several classes, including Dynamic and Postural Reflex Integration, Archetype Movement Integration, Introduction to Intronaut and Infant Reflex Integration, and Aqua-Reflex Integration. In addition, she is a lead coordinator of MNRI® Infant Family Conferences, a co-organizer of The MINDS Group, and a co-coordinator of the MNRI® Reflex Screening in Infants development program for pediatricians and physicians.
Isabelle also is a subject matter expert and faculty member of The Masgutova Graduate School of NeuroDevelopmental Sciences. She has developed the curriculum for and instructs the Neuromodulation for Infants and Toddlers course and serves as an instructor for the Primary Movement and Biomechanics Integration and Neuromodulation.
In addition to overseeing the theory and the hands-on lab training for The Masgutova Method techniques, Isabelle shares many practical applications and pictures/videos of concrete clinical cases during her classes.

Join Isabelle on Thursday mornings at 9 AM eastern for multiple different self-initiated NeuroReflex exercise classes.
