Join Physical Therapist, Masgutova Graduate School Professor, and MNRI Core Specialist + Instructor Isabelle Renard-Fontaine on Thursday, Jan 19 at 9 AM ET for Transmuting Shock.

In this 1-hour live active Zoom session, the NeuroReflex Exercises aim to assist with moving out of numbed disbelief, confusion, lethargy, indifference, and hyper-focus on a traumatic event by:

• Activating hormones to support processing
• Creating safety in the present moment
• Relaxing the jaw
• Balancing the nervous system
• Allowing for options and choices to become clear
• Providing comfort in making good choices
• Ensuring a grasp on reality and the next steps forward

Video participation is optional. Recording (both audio and video) are strictly prohibited.
