LIVE REPLAY: Join Physical Therapist, Masgutova Graduate School Professor, and MNRI Core Specialist + Instructor Isabelle Renard-Fontaine on Friday, Mar 10 at 1 PM ET for Processing Pain.
In this 1-hour live replay active Zoom session, the NeuroReflex Exercises aim to assist with releasing the physical and emotional pain that comes with long-term and acute stress and trauma. Through brain-based movements, we will:
- Release unbearable suffering and pain
- Get comfortable facing reality
- Relax stiff muscles
- Work through fatigue to create energy
Video participation is optional. Recording (both audio and video) are strictly prohibited.
As a reminder, all donations are appreciated and go to NeuroReflex research. Â There is also an option, for those financially unable to donate, to attend free of charge. Â Retail value is $15.00.
