Join Physical Therapist, Masgutova Graduate School Professor, and MNRI Core Specialist + Instructor Isabelle Renard-Fontaine on Thursday, Nov 3 at 9 AM ET for Letting Go of Loneliness.
In this 1-hour live active Zoom session, the NeuroReflex Exercises aim to assist with moving sadness, over-focus on the past, emptiness, isolation, withdrawal, and realization of the magnitude and permanence of the loss by:
- Creating a sense of inner connection
- Building safety in the inner and outer worlds
- Releasing fears, anxieties, and phobias
- Unlocking vision
- Unraveling confusion
- Increasing motivation for forward movement
Video participation is optional. Recording (both audio and video) are strictly prohibited.
As a reminder, all donations are appreciated and go to NeuroReflex research. There is also an option for those financially unable to donate to attend free of charge. Retail value is $15.00.
