In this 1-hour live active Zoom session, the NeuroReflex Exercises aim to activate and integrate the innate resources of genetic memory represented through the primary motor patterns to support neurodevelopment through all stimuli channels:

• Sensory
• Vestibular
• Proprioceptive
• Motor
• Emotional
• Cognitive

These reflex movements develop higher-order cognitive functions, including focus, long-term memory, rational thinking, planning, and decision-making.

Video participation is optional. Recording (both audio and video) is strictly prohibited.

o   Events and Outreach: This volunteer committee conducts ongoing NeuroReflex Exercise events and aims to expand into other neurodevelopment-related activities. In 2022 alone, nearly 1,100 people registered for our exercise events, facilitated by longtime volunteer Isabelle Renard-Fontaine, PT, MNRI, and MGS Instructor.
