Join Physical Therapist, Masgutova Graduate School Professor, and MNRI Core Specialist + Instructor Isabelle Renard-Fontaine on Thursday, March 31 at 9 AM eastern for Processing Pain.

In this 1-hour live active Zoom session, the NeuroReflex Exercises aim to assist with releasing the physical and emotional pain that come with long-term and acute stress and trauma. Thought brain-based movements, we will:

• Release unbearable suffering and pain
• Get comfortable facing reality
• Relax stiff muscles
• Work through fatigue to create energy

Video participation is optional. Recording (both audio and video) are strictly prohibited.
