REPLAY: Join Physical Therapist, Masgutova Graduate Graduate School Professor, and MNRI Core Specialist + Instructor Isabelle Renard-Fontaine on Friday, September 24th at 8 AM Eastern / 8 PM Singapore time for an opportunity to optimize your sleep.
This 1-hour live REPLAY active Zoom session is for those seeking the ability to:
Achieve a healthy sleep state
Balance neurotransmitters
Regulate circadian rhythm
Prepare for restful sleep
Create inner calm
Video participation is optional. Recording (both audio and video) are strictly prohibited.
