About Session 2: Anxiety, Fears & Phobias

Anxiety, fears, and phobias can deeply affect a child’s ability to learn, connect, and thrive — but these emotional responses often have neurodevelopmental roots. In this session, we’ll explore how unintegrated reflexes and sensory-motor imbalances contribute to chronic worry, heightened fear responses, and emotional shutdown.

You’ll learn which reflexes are involved in regulating fear and safety, how movement can calm the nervous system, and practical strategies to help children feel more secure, balanced, and in control.

Whether you're a parent, educator, or therapist, this session will offer new insights — and real tools — to support emotional resilience in children facing anxiety.
