About the Speaker: Britne Harwell, OTR/L
Britne Harwell is a licensed pediatric occupational therapist with over 20 years of experience in the field. A 2000 graduate of the University of Central Arkansas, Britne founded Integrated Therapy Services in 2009, with a mission to support children with Autism spectrum disorders and sensory processing challenges in rural Arkansas.
In 2015, her clinical vision expanded through training in reflex integration, beginning with MNRI courses. By 2017, she had fully transitioned her practice to a reflex integration-based model. Today, her organization supports hundreds of children across two outpatient clinics and two school contracts, led by a dedicated team of 35 therapists.
As CEO, Britne continues to pioneer reflex integration as a holistic, evidence-informed approach to pediatric care—fostering an environment where children experience breakthroughs that were once considered out of reach.
She is passionate about sharing the power of this work and supporting others in creating practices rooted in purpose, wellness, and community impact.
