About the Event
Join Dr. Leah Light, MNRI Core Specialist and Owner of the Brainchild Institute in Miami, Florida, as she discusses the essential topic of “Attachment” and why it is so critical to our identity from the moment of birth and perhaps even before. Learn how our earliest attachment style with our primary caregivers shapes our sense of self and influences our subsequent interpersonal relationships in all aspects of life. Learn about the various types of attachment and how a person with an insecure type of attachment can “re-parent” themselves to develop an “earned secure attachment,” which can be cultivated at any age, despite our past. We will also discuss how specific Masgutova Method techniques can be used to help foster a secure attachment style between children and their caregivers and within ourselves to last a lifetime!
