Live Replay: Join Physical Therapist, Masgutova Graduate School Professor, and MNRI Core Specialist + Instructor Isabelle Renard-Fontaine on Friday, Dec 16 at 1 PM ET. Our theme will be Reflection and Upward Turn.

In this important stage, the trauma survivor will find that he or she has begun to adjust to life post-trauma. Depression begins to “let go”, and physical symptoms may start decreasing. However, the survivor needs to continue his or her journey of grief and emotional recovery. In this session, we propose to take action and set the overall goal of reaching inner peace as the survivor was experiencing it prior to the tragedy or trauma.

Through brain-based movement, NeuroReflex Exercises will:

1. Redirect traumatic memories to focus on life activities and work
2. Concentrate on positive thinking and healthy choices
3. Build new possibilities for today and future
4. Reconstruct reflex patterns and the breaking of any links with tragedy anchors

Video participation is optional. Recording (both audio and video) are strictly prohibited.

o   Events and Outreach: This volunteers committee conducts ongoing NeuroReflex Exercise events and aims to expand into other neurodevelopment-related activities. In 2022 alone, nearly 1,100 people registered for our exercise events, facilitated by longtime volunteer Isabelle Renard-Fontaine, PT, MNRI and MGS Instructor.
