About the Event

REPLAY: Join Physical Therapist, Masgutova Graduate School Professor, and MNRI Core Specialist + Instructor Isabelle Renard-Fontaine on Thursday, February 27  at 1 PM ET for NeuroReflex Exercises for Processing Pain.


In this 1-hour previously recorded active Zoom session, learn NeuroReflex Exercises that aim to assist with releasing the physical and emotional pain that comes with long-term and acute stress and trauma. Through brain-based movements, we will:


  • Release unbearable suffering and pain

  • Get comfortable facing reality

  • Relax stiff muscles

  • Work through fatigue to create energy


Video participation is optional. Recording (both audio and video) are strictly prohibited.


$5 minimum to register. All donations are appreciated and go to NeuroReflex research.   Retail value is $25.00.
