The Bridge – February 2026 Session

The Atlas Connection:

Understanding Stress and the Brain Body Relationship

Live Q & A with Dr. Christa D’Amato, B.S., D.C., B.C.A.O.

Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractor | Co-Founder of Yangseed Planet

Tuesday, February 10th at 7:30 PM EST

📩 Register by Saturday, February 7th for the opportunity to submit your questions to be answered live.

Join us for a powerful and informative Bridge session exploring the deep connection between stress, the nervous system, and spinal alignment, with a special focus on the atlas bone (C1 vertebra); the critical link between the brain and body.

In this live Q&A, Dr. Christa D’Amato will break down how chronic stress impacts the nervous system, pulling the body into fight-or-flight, and how proper upper-cervical alignment can support a return to balance, regulation, and resilience. She will explore how the atlas influences brain-body communication, posture, circulation, gut health, cognitive clarity, and overall well-being.

Together, we’ll discuss:

  • How stress impacts the nervous system and overall brain–body communication

  • Why spinal and atlas bone alignment play a role in posture, regulation, and whole-body function

  • Practical insights and everyday strategies to support balance, resilience, and well-being

This session is designed to be interactive and accessible, giving you the opportunity to ask your questions directly and gain practical insights you can apply in daily life.

This is an ideal session for parents, professionals, caregivers, and anyone interested in understanding how stress, structure, and nervous system health are deeply interconnected.

About the Speaker:

Dr. Christa D’Amato is the only female board-certified Atlas Orthogonal chiropractor in New Jersey where she has practiced along with her husband for nearly 20 years. She specializes in gentle, precise upper-cervical care and structural pelvic stabilization, helping patients reclaim their lives after long-standing pain and dysfunction; particularly chronic headaches, neck pain, concussions, facial pain, and complex spinal issues that have not responded to other approaches. Her work emphasizes individualized, non-forceful corrections and whole-body chiropractic care designed to support long-term healing. Dr. D’Amato is known for taking the time to understand complex conditions and creating thoughtful care plans that integrate movement, ergonomics, stress management, and mindful eating.

She provides collaborative, whole-person care by guiding patients through realistic changes in movement, ergonomics, stress management, and mindful eating so daily habits reinforce the benefits of treatment. When appropriate, she coordinates with a trusted network of medical and wellness professionals to support complex cases. Outside the office, she is active in her community and enjoys educating groups about spinal health and prevention.

Dr. D’Amato is also the co-founder of Yangseed Planet, an online wellness lifestyle community rooted in conscious living, nourishment, and meaningful connection.

As a mother and lifelong learner who loves reading, nature, good food, and meaningful conversation, she brings warmth, curiosity, and a supportive presence to every interaction.
