Connected First: Understanding the Why Behind Co-Regulation

Live Q+A with Natalie Proshek, LCSW with Hope for Minds

Tuesday, May 26th at 7:30 PM EDT

📩  Register by May 25th for the opportunity to submit your questions for Natalie to answer live.

Join us for an engaging live Q+A with Natalie Proshek, LCSW of Hope for Minds as we explore the foundations of connection through attachment, attunement, and co-regulation. This conversation will dive into the difference between attachment and attunement and explore what true co-regulation actually looks like in everyday interactions with children. Attendees will gain practical insights and a deeper understanding of how connection and emotional safety support regulation, relationships, and development across home, school, and therapeutic settings.

This is your opportunity to ask questions directly to an expert and gain real-world, practical knowledge and tools that can be applied at home or in professional care. This is a must-attend event for parents, educators, therapists, and caregivers seeking compassionate, real-world strategies to help every child reach their fullest potential.
